Michael D. Sejka began his career as a Financial Advisor at McDonald Investments. Developing an in-depth investment plan for each client is the cornerstone of his practice. By working with a limited number of clients, he is able to focus on the three principles of wealth management: the creation and growth of wealth, the preservation of wealth, and the planning and distribution of wealth in a tax-advantaged way. He was selected to the Platinum Council at Wells Fargo Advisors from 2016–2024. The Platinum Council (previously known as Premier Advisor) distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on the past year, and professionalism. Michael attended St. Ignatius High School and then Baldwin Wallace University for both his bachelor’s and MBA degrees. He also earned his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University College of Law. He lives in Medina, OH, with his wife, Tina, and their five children: Maximus, Demitra, Morgan, Nevaeh, and Matteo.

Mary Lumsden’s investment career began over 30 years ago at McDonald Investments, where she focused on investments and the tactical needs of her clients. Over time, as her clients’ needs evolved, Mary’s practice developed a more holistic approach focusing on retirement and estate planning strategies, risk management, and liability management.
Margaret Hanslik began her career at McDonald Investments in 1999, working on the Municipal Bond Trading Desk where she gained valuable knowledge of financial market operations from the ground level.
Margaret then worked for Smith Barney from 2007 to 2012 as a Client Associate, where she attained her Series 7 General Securities and Series 66 State Law/Investment Advisory licenses. She Joined Well Fargo Advisors in August 2012 as a Registered Client Associate and has since been promoted to Senior Registered Client Associate Officer, leveraging her 25 years of industry experience to help serve our clients.
Margaret lives in Bay Village with her husband Jim and youngest daughter. Margaret and Jim have four adult children and four grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities and group workouts at her gym.
Shawntee Clay was born and raised in Euclid, OH, and she received her diploma from Euclid High School, where she was a student athlete who excelled both in the classroom and on the softball field. Her love of finance began there. After graduating, she immediately began her career taking a job at a local bank while also attending college.
